So taking a step forward in loving yourself in 5 simple steps
Learn to listen to yourself:-
Spend time with just you. Try to understand what you really want or what is troubling you. Do those that make you happy. Try to achieve your wishes.
Those uncertain unpleasant emotions: –
It is totally okay to feel anxious or unproductive or bored or gloomy or moody. Don’t panic on these uncertain emotions. It is totally okay to phase out. It is totally okay to take break from normal happy life for realizing the steps that ended up wrong. But It is not okay to fake your emotions. Do what your inner-self wishes to do.
Start acknowledging your accomplishments: –
Give yourself a piece of cake for whatever difficulties you have fought through, to whatever you have achieved. Remember the day when you thought you won’t be able make it. And look now, how far you have traveled. Applaud yourself.
Say No, to self-judgments:-
But don’t believe everything you think. There is always an inner demon that drives you away from good. You will be questioned many times by yourself but stop being judgmental. Conclude all your decisions when you normal and balanced.

In a world running behind perfectionism, popularity, high hand etc your position or relation may not always be the same. Replacement is the only constant.
